DAY 6 - LUCERNE TO HOPFGARTEN

We started the day with a trip up the famous Mount Pilatus cable car before beginning our journey to Austria. We stopped in the tiny principality of Liechtenstein before making our way into the beautiful Tirol region of Austria! We had a traditional Austrial dinner at our hotel which was very cozy. Ever get slapped in the face with a Schnitzel? It's HILARIOUS!!

DAY 7 - HOPFGARTEN

The picture-postcard village of Hopfgarten was an excellent base to make the most of the beautiful countryside. We started the day with a mountain bike ride to a quaint Austrian guest house where we enjoyed lunch then had the rest of the day free to do whatever we wanted. That night we partied so hard at the Silver Bullet club where we met another Contiki tour, I chatted with this guy from Australia.

DAY 8 - HOPFGARTEN TO VENICE

An exciting White Water rafting trip started our day before we wind our way over the Brenner Pass, cross the border into Italy and journeyed through the regal Dolomite mountain range.
